We successfully completed the Flue Gas Chimney Replacement Project, a crucial process plant installation that underscores our commitment to safety and efficiency. This project involved replacing the existing 42.37m height flue gas chimney with a new 52.7m height chimney, featuring stainless steel linings and insulation.

Our scope of work included:

  1. Design of the New Chimney to ensure optimal performance and compliance with regulations.
  2. Authority Submission to obtain necessary approvals and certifications.
  3. Fabrication of the New Chimney with high-quality materials and precision engineering.
  4. Insulation of the New Chimney to enhance durability and efficiency.
  5. Piling & All Associated Civil Works to support the new structure.
  6. Removal of the Existing Chimney in a safe and controlled manner.
  7. Installation of the New Chimney ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  8. Connecting the Ducting from 3 Boilers to the New Chimney for effective operation.

We provided a full service from engineering design to the receipt of the Certificate of Statutory Completion (CSC) from the authority, saving valuable time for our client. The project was executed under strict safety standards set by the government and the client, ensuring all work was carried out safely. Our experienced project team ensured that the project was completed within the plant shutdown period, without affecting ongoing production.
