We successfully executed a major cocoa processing plant expansion project in Singapore, focused on enhancing the pulverizing capacity and overall efficiency of the facility.
This project involved the installation of a new Duyvis pulverizing system, enabling improved productivity, product consistency, and operational reliability.
Our scope of work included:
- Removal of Existing Equipment: We commenced by dismantling the old silo and hopper to make way for new installations.
- Installation of New Milling Systems: Our team installed a new mixer along with pulverizing system designed for high performance.
- Feed Hopper & Conveyors: We supplied and installed new feed hoppers and screw conveyors to transfer products to pulverizing system
- Pneumatic Conveying Piping: We designed and installed Pneumatic Conveying System to efficiently transfer the material to the powder storage silo.
- Piping Insulation: Cold insulation with PU was applied to the piping to ensure optimal temperature control and efficiency.
Our meticulous planning and execution of lifting activities over the roof involved a thorough risk assessment and coordination to ensure maximum safety. We carefully planned the crane parking area and developed detailed lifting plans to avoid any potential hazards. This approach was designed to ensure that all operations were conducted smoothly and efficiently, without impacting ongoing plant operations.
