Contract Type: Piping Design and 3D modelling
This project involved the detailed engineering design and 3D modeling of the piping systems for both the Vacuum System and GE Mitigation System at a 2000 TPD Physical Refinery Plant.
Our scope of work included:
- Developed comprehensive 3D models of equipment, structures, piping, valves, and instruments for key sections, including the Post Stripping section, Ammonia Refrigeration section, Ice Condenser, Cooling Water System, Steam, and Condensate Systems.
- Generated Piping General Arrangement (GA) drawings, piping isometrics, and materials take-off lists for fabrication purposes.
- Proposed optimal routing for the steam header and lead lines for steam tracing, as well as the main routing for cable trays.
This project highlights our expertise in delivering precise engineering solutions, ensuring efficient design for complex industrial systems.
